Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms form an agreement between you and Lewis Price trading as PriceyLewis Software for your use of PredictMyGrade. By creating an account you agree to them.

Lewis Price trading as PriceyLewis Software, The Bristol Office, 2nd Floor, 5 High Street, Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol, BS9 3BY, England. Email: priceylewissoftware@gmail.com.

1. The service

PredictMyGrade helps students track academic progress, model grade scenarios and plan study time. Some features give automatic guidance worked out from the information you enter. We may improve, change or retire features over time.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with a Google, GitHub or Microsoft account and are responsible for keeping that account secure.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use PredictMyGrade.
  • Please give accurate information and only add data you're entitled to share.

3. Forecasts and coach guidance

Forecasts, predicted grades, UCAS points, classifications, GPAs, honors standings and study coach replies are estimates based on the information you provide. They are not official results or transcripts, academic advice from your institution, or a guarantee of any outcome. Always check requirements with your school, college or university. See the prediction disclaimer.

4. Premium subscriptions

  • Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). If your card is in another currency, your bank or card provider converts it and may charge a fee. Lemon Squeezy adds any sales tax or VAT due where you live.
  • Premium is billed monthly or yearly in advance. Our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, processes your payment and issues receipts, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
  • If you're under 18 (or not yet an adult where you live), a parent or guardian must agree to the purchase and pay for it. You can send them a link that lets them pay for your account. Whoever pays confirms at checkout that they are 18 or over, or the student's parent or guardian.
  • A new account gets 7 days of Premium free when you first choose what you're studying, once per account. No card is needed and nothing is charged: when it ends your account goes back to the Free plan and keeps everything you've added. An account that has had it doesn't also get the free trial at checkout.
  • A free trial lasts 7 days, and each account can have one. We email you before it ends. If you don't cancel before it ends, your plan starts and the first payment is taken.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We email you before a free trial ends, 2 to 4 weeks before a yearly plan renews, and every six months on a monthly plan. You can cancel at any time from Manage plan (or, if a parent paid, from the link in their receipt email). Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • If a renewal payment fails we'll retry it for a short period. If it still can't be collected, your account returns to the Free plan. Your data is kept.
  • We'll give you notice before changing the price of an existing subscription.
  • Your right to cancel. Before checkout you ask us to start Premium straight away. You can still cancel within 14 days of buying and get a refund, less a fair amount for the time you've already used. The same applies for 14 days after a free trial turns into a paid plan, and for 14 days after a yearly plan renews. To ask for a refund, email us at priceylewissoftware@gmail.com and we'll arrange it through Lemon Squeezy. This doesn't affect your other legal rights.

5. Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, access other people's data, scrape it, or use the study coach to generate unlawful or harmful content. The study coach and reports have daily fair-use limits. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

You own the study data you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep PredictMyGrade accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for academic decisions made using the service, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This cancels any active subscription. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If you don't sign in or use PredictMyGrade for 2 years, we email you, and delete the account if you still haven't come back 30 days later. We never do this while you have Premium.

9. If PredictMyGrade closes

If we decide to close PredictMyGrade, we'll tell you by email and in the app at least 30 days before it closes. From that notice:

  • no new subscriptions are sold, and no further payments are taken;
  • you get a refund for any paid time left after the closing date;
  • you can keep using the service and download your data from Settings until it closes.

When it closes we delete all accounts and study data, as described in our Privacy Policy. If something outside our control forces us to close sooner, we'll give as much notice as we can and the same refunds apply.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts, and you keep the protections of your local law. If you live outside the UK, such as in the United States, you keep any protections that the consumer laws where you live give you and that can't be removed by agreement. Questions?
